Classification Migration 1.0.0.0
- Migration of Boldon James classified files to Seclore Digital Asset Classification (Seclore DAC).
- Enterprises can now migrate all files and emails classified with Boldon James Classifier to Seclore DAC.
- After migration, the Boldon James classification metadata will be replaced with Seclore DAC metadata.
- Boldon James visual markings such as header and footer will also be migrated to Seclore DAC.
- Users would need to uninstall Boldon James and install/upgrade Seclore for Windows to version 3.19.5.0 along with two additional patches.
- Admins would need to configure this feature in the ‘Component Configuration’ section of the Policy Server portal.
- Further, Boldon James classified emails can be migrated to Seclore DAC by creating a Content Policy in the Policy Server portal. This policy will detect the presence of Boldon James header/footer and suggest an appropriate DAC label to end users when they reply to or forward such emails.
- Reach out to your Seclore SPOC for more information and help with migration.
